Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete In-App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app or website:

1. Log in to VillageDex (web or mobile app)
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Scroll to Account and select Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: Request by Email

If you can't access your account, email us with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account, and we will process your request within 7 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• • Your profile, login credentials, and account settings
• • Your collection, wishlist, and storage bin data
• • Your showcase posts, comments, votes, and direct messages
• • Photos and videos you've submitted
• • Identification history and notifications
• • Any active subscription (cancelled automatically)

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Some anonymized records (such as transaction records required for tax or legal purposes) may be retained as required by law.
