Description
Teenage werewolves and fiendish juveniles will dare each other to run up to Scarecrow Joe's shack on the outskirts of town but no one has actually done it yet. Joe makes it pretty clear he does not want visitors with his Keep Out sign and frightening exterior. No one is sure where Joe came from or what he does with his time, he is rarely seen in town. One thing they are sure of, no one messes with Joe and comes back alive.
