How retirement years are used here

Retirement years are the dates recorded in VillageDex catalog entries. A piece with no recorded retirement date is not placed in any year, and an introduction year is a different date.

These pages cover dated VillageDex records across Department 56 lines. They are not a complete manufacturer retirement archive.

Looking for a piece retired in 2016?

Match the maker, item name and item number before comparing eBay listings. Check the seller's photos, condition notes, included parts and shipping terms. A building, an accessory and a multi-piece set may have different contents even when their names are similar.

Find on eBay opens a search, not a guaranteed in-stock offer. Sellers set prices and availability; an asking price is not evidence of a completed sale.

Affiliate disclosure: Find on eBay buttons are affiliate links. VillageDex may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. They open eBay searches for the piece; availability and prices are set by sellers on eBay.
